I Cannot Validate My Email Address

As part of the initial signup process you should have received and email with a link to validate your email address.  Until this link is clicked you will not be able to log into your account.

Please check your email and spam for an email from assessplatform.com requesting you to validate your email address.

If you cannot find the email or get an error when clicking the link in the email try resending the verification by following the directions.

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click the Resend Verification link
  3. Enter your email address and click the Resend Verification button
  4. Check your email for an email from assessplatform.com
  5. Click the verification link

This should then lead you through the account onboarding process.
